Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Adjutant ("Adjutant", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our personal AI assistant application and Adjutant Office available at adjutant.global, app.adjutant.global, and office.adjutant.global (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
SMS / mobile numbers: We do not sell and do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide the Service (for example, sending one-time login codes and account notifications).
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address provided during registration or in your profile.
- Authentication data: one-time verification codes and session information used to sign you in.
- Content you create: tasks, habits, goals, notes, nutrition entries, uploaded files, and messages you send to the in-app assistant.
- Connected account data: when you connect Gmail, another mailbox, Telegram, or a calendar, we process the messages, metadata, contacts, events, and attachments needed to provide the features you request.
- Calls made on your behalf: when you ask the assistant to place a call, we process the destination number, call status, and, where applicable, the call recording and transcript.
- Usage and device data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser/device type, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service and the features you request.
- To send one-time passcodes (OTP) and account-related notifications (for example, security alerts, task reminders, and the results of actions you requested, such as bookings or calls).
- To place calls and send messages (including WhatsApp) on your behalf when you explicitly request it.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS messaging and consent
You opt in to SMS by entering your phone number in the app and requesting a login or verification code. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
4. Third-party service providers
We use trusted providers strictly to deliver the Service. They process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms:
- Twilio — SMS delivery (verification codes, notifications), voice calls, and WhatsApp messaging.
- OpenAI — processing assistant requests, transcription, and content generation.
- Google — Gmail and Google Calendar access authorized by you through OAuth.
- Telegram — delivery and synchronization of the Telegram conversations you choose to use through the Telegram MTProto API.
- Mail providers — IMAP/SMTP access for mailboxes you explicitly connect using an app-specific password.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the Service.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below). Some records may be retained where required by law.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), AES-256-GCM encryption for stored integration credentials and selected sensitive records, hashed session credentials, per-user access controls, rate limits, and restricted production server permissions. The Service must technically process requested content in memory to perform an action; our personnel do not have routine access to personal mail or messages. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
